SRB2 - My Custom Window Mode Launcher

Just place the EXE in your SRB2 folder, make sure that the regular SRB2
EXE is still named "srb2win", and launch. For those of you with
knowledge of DOS/Batch, you can run the Batch file (which happens to be
the source code), but it does not close the Command Prompt behind
itself. I find that pretty annoying, but whatever your preference is,
so be it.
